		<description>I LOVE Ping, its a great tool. I personally use it via the Firefox toolbar which you can download for free. Then I can Ping any web site with one click ( and within that you can delete/add to it slightly for Twitter etc).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I find it great for sending my blog out, so I dont have to go to each site to add my blog-just go to my blog page and Ping-away, then Ping sends it everywhere in one click. Friend Feed does similar, but I prefer Ping for speed and ease of use. One thing I noticed is that Pinged items get picked up on Google very quickly too. Instant recognition for your efforts.&lt;br&gt;Fantastic.</description>
