When ever you get an opportunity to post something to a website or produce an advert, is the first thing you put there your company logo? Do you try and make it as big as possible for the space allowed, because you think the bigger it is the more notice people will take of it?
Well, change this mindset! Because it’s all about people, not logo’s! This is nothing new – People have always done business with other people and people tweet with people – businesses don’t tweet…!
So the next time you have an opportunity to post an image – post a picture – not a logo! Make your employee’s the stars – after all, they are on the frontline…
